R + D | Electronic Development.

NPI | New Product Introduction

We turn the idea into a manufacturable, testable, and profitable board, reducing risks before ramp-up.

 

FullDfX analysis (DfM,DfT,DfC).
We evaluate the design before manufacturing to ensure its manufacturability, testability, and economic viability.

 

Technical BOM review.
We identify obsolescence risks, critical references, or incompatibilities and propose improvements, if necessary.

 

Industrial pre-series.
We manufacture limited batches to validate assembly, testing, and functional behaviour. We adjust processes before producing in volume.

 

Cross-team review.
The technical, quality, production, and purchasing departments jointly validate that the product is ready to scale.

 

Documentation and traceability from the start.
Complete traceability is structured from the NPI stage by batch, operator, and process parameters.

Test and Validation.

We verify the quality, functionality, and reliability of each unit with test equipment adapted to each product and customer.

 

Optical and functional tests.
SPI, AOI, ICT, FCT, Boundary Scan.

 

Product-specific tests.
Development of jigs, fixtures, and test firmware if the customer requires it.

100% inspection or sampling based on criticality, with unit traceability.

Every series starts validated with a checklist, tests, and results recording.

 

Full box functional test.
Verification of connectivity, consumption, and real behaviour in case of box-building.

Industrialisation.

We prepare each product for series manufacturing, defining the processes, tools, and controls that ensure quality, repeatability, and efficiency.

 

Technical layout validation.
We review the PCB design to ensure correct assembly, test accessibility, and thermal and mechanical robustness.

 

Definition of tooling and auxiliary means.
We develop assembly, fixing, testing, or control tools necessary to guarantee repeatable processes. We also use internal 3D printing for specific elements or poka-yokes.

 

Document preparation.
We generate all process documents: route sheets, work instructions, control plans, and traceability records.

 

Validated process parameters.
We adjust reflow thermal profiles, selective soldering cycles, test times, and torques, among others.

 

Online resource optimisation.
We ensure the product can be assembled without interruptions or improvised adaptations.
